How it Works
Step 1 - First, send us an E-mail with your current firmware version, what version you want to downgrade to, and any addition notes you think we should know prior to downgrading.
Step 2 - Send us your PSP via USPS, FEDEX, or DHL. Make SURE you receive a tracking number when you ship it and forward the information to our shipping department.**
Step 3 - We receive the PSP, unbrick/unlock it, and notify you of the progress.
Step 4 - The PSP is shipped back to you within 1 business day, and you will be sent a tracking number. We send ALL PSPs back via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days). Please note: We do not ship on Saturdays & Sundays.
Pricing
Pricing includes the downgrading service, Priority shipping, and full customer support. Shipping is $7.99 for Priority shipping.
